BCTC Nomination Procedure for Election of Board Of Directors at the Annual General Meeting - March 28, 2010
There are currently 16 Board Director Positions with
the BC Touring Council.
- 11 Positions represent presenter organizations from the 7 regions of
BC
- 3 positions represent artists
- 2 positions represent agents/managers/consultants
Each board term is a two-year term. Board members may serve a maximum
of 3 consecutive terms (6 years).

NOTE: Special Resolution to Member of the BC Touring Council at the 2010 AGM proposes to reduce the size of the Board of Directors from 16 to 11. In anticipation of this resolution passing, BCTC is not currently seeking full Board representation at this time. Please see below.
