Who Are We

THE BC TOURING COUNCIL (BCTC) was established as a non-profit organization in 1976 to serve presenters and touring professional artists in British Columbia. Its goals are to expand touring opportunities, promote audience development and be an advocate for artists and presenters.

The BC Touring Council has a membership that includes about 60% artists, agents and managers and 40% presenters and theatre venues. Its board of directors is made up of members and is elected at an annual general meeting held at Pacific Contact in March / April.
