Mainstage and Studio Stage Showcase Applications for the 32nd Pacific Contact March 28 to April 1, 2008 are now available. The deadline is October 1st. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) about showcasing and past Pacific Contact conference information can be found on the Pacific Contact link at http://www.bctouring.org/pacific-contact/index.html.

Block Booking And Touring Plans for BC presenters 2007-08 can be found online at http://www.bctouring.org/who-is-touring/index.html. There will be follow up and further posting to the website throughout the summer so continue to check the website. Presenters still wishing to post can send their booking lists and we'll be happy to get them up on the website for all to see. Also please forward links to your 2007/08 season / series announcements when available.

VANOC requests proposals for 2008 Cultural Olympiad celebration - As part of the Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad plans, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games will be hosting a 2008 celebration from February 1 to March 21, 2008. Arts and cultural organizations interested in co-producing or co-presenting an event, exhibition or installation with VANOC in the Greater Vancouver/Whistler corridor as part of the 2008 celebration are invited to submit a proposal or expression of interest to VANOC by 6pm on July 16, 2007.
