Professional Development Intensive – Thursday, March 25th
Beyond Turbulent Times – It’s the next Decade!

Looking back at the last decade and your achievements, what lays ahead? This pre-conference day at Pacific Contact will ask participants to consider your best practices of the past and what you see as your greatest challenge for the future. BCTC is assembling a support team of people with really great ideas and experiences to help as we collectively roll up our sleeves and get to work for the next decade The colloquium will be facilitated by Jerry Yoshitomi who will draw from each participant’s past successes to share with others. We’ll also work from the BusinessWeek article by Alaina Love: You Can Lead. But Can You Inspire? http://tiny.cc/Inspire. We’ll discuss ways to inspire by revealing our common goals, joys and plights of working in the Arts.

As we continue to innovate and improve on this idea it’s important for conference participants to tell us what they want to talk about. We need your wisdom and advice. We need to know what you want to hear and/or talk about and ask that you take a few minutes to answer our survey at the following link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/35QDNXD.
