What is Pacific Contact?

Now in its 33rd year, Pacific Contact is the BC Touring Council's annual west coast tradeshow and booking conference for the performing arts.
It includes showcases, a contact room (tradeshow booths of artists and industry) workshops and networking opportunities for artists and performing arts presenters.

Pacific Contact runs from March 27 - 29, 2009. The conference takes place at the Hilton Vancouver, Metrotown. The showcases are at the Michael J Fox Theatre, and at the Shadbolt Centre For The Arts. Both showcasing venues are minutes away from the conference hotel, where meals, the contact room, professional development and networking and hospitality take place.

Delegates to the conference come from BC, across Canada and the US. They include performing arts and school presenters, facility managers, artists and agents/managers and government funding partners and industry representatives.
