A block of rooms has been reserved for March 26 to April 2, 2007. The special room rate will be available until February 26th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Guests wishing to arrive early may do so starting on March 24th, and depart as late as April 5th, based on availability. Please identify yourself as a member of the BC Touring Council Group for Pacific Contact using the PCC code. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Rates for Delegates:
Deluxe King Room - $115 for single or double
Deluxe 2 Queen Room $115 single or $125/double.
Deluxe One Bed King Suite - $155 single/double
$20 charge for each additional person. Maximum 4 to a room.
Room rates based on single/double occupancy.
Non-Canadian citizens can obtain (GST) rebate forms upon arrival.
Key card must be used on the elevators to gain access to each floor. Delegates wishing to extend their stay over by one (1) day before, and/or after will be honoured with the same room rate, pending availability.

Burnaby is centrally located and easily accessed by car, public transit (including SkyTrain) and air, via the Vancouver International Airport. Burnaby is located approximately 20 minutes from Vancouver’s city centre.

Bonnies Taxi provides a flat rate of $30.00 to the hotel.

Parking at the Hotel
There is secure underground parking available at the Hilton.
For In-house guests parking is free.
For all others first 4 hours are free and $6.00 per day, thereafter.

Parking passes can be purchased at the hotel front desk or by machine in the parking lot.
