Facilitated by Jerry Yoshitomi, colleagues will participate face-to-face in an intense and high-level conversation about serious global and local issues facing arts senior leadership in today's uncertain times. As Jerry notes, times of uncertainty are filled with crisis and opportunities. Leaders tend to communicate less often when their organizations are in crisis at a time when they need to communicate more frequently and with clarity about their strategic navigation. 

This Professional Development colloquium includes an online webinar session a week prior to the four-hour face-to-face workshop on Thursday, March 26, just preceding Pacific Contact. Registration encourage two people from an organization to participate for one registration fee (Executive Director + Board Member, Two Senior Staff Members, Two Board Members, etc.).  In order to encourage a comfortable environment for open and candid conversations, participation will be limited.  The cost will be $150 per organization.

The in person session will be on Thursday, March 26 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Metrotown Hilton the Pacific Contact conference hotel.
