Showcase Application for Pacific Contact 2011 – April 1 to 3, 2011

Online Registration Deadline - June 30th, 2010

• Membership and application fee payment must be made and acknowledged by BCTC before submitting support materials in the mail.
• Support Materials (CD/DVD etc) BY MAIL ONLY- can be sent anytime but must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2010
• A limit of 175 applications will be accepted
• Agents - maximum 10 showcase submissions
• IF CHOSEN TO SHOWCASE: An additional fee of $156.80 (includes HST) will apply to help offset the costs of showcase production. This fee is due upon notification of selection.
• NOTE: Successful applicants chosen to showcase must also register and attend (or be represented) as delegates in the Contact Room and attend all the contact room sessions at Pacific Contact 2011, April 1-3, 2011. (Booth fees begin at $400.00)
